The project aims to enhance students’ professional competences through experiential learning in shore-based maritime operations and to increase their employability. At the same time, it strengthens teachers’ pedagogical and professional competences through international exchange and training. In the long term, the goal is the sustainable integration of mobility results into teaching and the strengthening of the school’s institutional capacity.
We applied for this project to address the gap between theoretical knowledge and the real demands of the modern maritime industry. The project builds on our previous Erasmus+ experience and aims to provide students with direct experience of shore-based maritime operations and teachers with professional development through international cooperation. The project strengthens students’ employability and improves teaching quality.
