By implementing the project, we want to provide work-based learning so students develop vocational and digital skills aligned with labour market needs, especially in video game development and digital business. Through practical tasks, teamwork and continuous mentor feedback, they will strengthen work habits, responsibility and independence. At the same time, they will improve professional communication in English and increase their confidence and readiness to transition into employment.
The school is applying to provide Video Game Development Technician and Economist students with work-based learning that is not included in their curriculum. The mobilities will give them first real work experience, exposure to modern tools and professional workflows, and mentoring that school projects cannot fully replace. This will improve employability and support young people to build their careers and stay in the local community of Novska.
