The idea for this project emerged from conversations with young people involved in our organisation, who expressed a lack of basic understanding of their own psychological processes. During simple getting-to-know activities, limited emotional awareness and self-insight became evident, which young people themselves associate with the pandemic period and reduced opportunities to develop psychosocial skills in real-life contexts. The aim of the project is to provide young people with a safe and supportive environment where, through peer learning, they can better understand themselves, develop psychosocial skills, and strengthen their psychological resilience. Needs: - To educate young people about their psychological functioning and experiences. - To strengthen psychological resilience among young people. - To develop psychosocial skills related to emotional regulation: problem-solving, conflict management, creative expression, and relaxation techniques. Outcomes: 1. Increased understanding of personal psychological functioning and experiences. Through structured activities, participants will explore their emotions, thoughts, and values, leading to greater emotional awareness and self-understanding. 2. Strengthened psychological resilience through the development of protective factors. Participants will build self-confidence, social support, healthy habits, and relaxation skills, supporting their ability to cope with stress and challenges. 3. Development of psychosocial skills related to emotional regulation. Participants will improve problem-solving, conflict management, creative expression, and emotional regulation skills, contributing to mental well-being.
