The main objective of this project is to create a safe space for young people to explore, in depth, the topic of leadership through experiential learning and linocut technique. Specific objectives of the project are: • Creating a space for sharing views, opinions and ideas with young people from different European cultures • Supporting the personal development of young people, soft skills such as: leadership, self-confidence, self-organisation, teamwork, self-presentation and motivation. • Deeply connect young people to their personal power • Learning about general subtopics around leadership, subtopics as SMARTER goal settings, drama triangle and empowerment triangle, 13 limiting beliefs by Albert Ellis, Circles of influence, defining personal vision and mission; and creating in linocut technique • Learning to create, organize and carry out Youth Festival in Lipik and the biggest linocut in Croatia, within local community of Lipik • Informing participants about non-formal learning opportunities through the Erasmus + and ESC programmes
