The project addresses the lack of a strategic youth policy framework in the rural Municipality of Sunja by developing and adopting the "Youth Programme of the Municipality of Sunja 2028–2031". The objectives are: 1) to gather age-appropriate and comparable insights and proposals through focus groups so that the data can be used to shape Programme measures, 2) to build trust and establish dialogue between young people and decision-makers through informal meetings, 3) to draft the Youth Programme of the Municipality of Sunja 2028-2031 with actionable measures, implementing bodies, timelines, indicators and indicative costs, complemented by transferable solutions from the study visit (Split, Zadar, Šibenik), 4) to achieve formal adoption of the Programme by the Municipal Council with public presentation by young people, 5) to establish a visual Implementation Dashboard for continuous monitoring and accountability.
