The S.K.O.K. project aims to empower young people in Osijek for active participation in democratic life using scouting methods. We aim to transform youth from passive observers into skilled advocates seeking systematic support for scouting within the local community. Specific objectives include: 1. Initiating a structured dialogue with the City of Osijek to establish a Scout Department and plan a future Scout Center; 2. Integrating scouting skills into schools as a practical and experiential model for implementing Civic and Health Education; 3. Empowering students and NEET youth to take on leadership roles. The project seeks to create a sustainable cooperation model between scouts, schools, and decision-makers, promoting scouting as a key tool for developing civic literacy, environmental awareness, and healthy lifestyles among youth through the "learning by doing" method.
