The aim of the project is to establish and test a sustainable participatory model in which young people (15–30), including young people with disabilities and those from rural and remote areas, have a real role in shaping change in culture – not only as consulted participants, but as analysts, co-creators and advocates. The project guides young people through a clear and structured process: from learning about cultural rights and inclusion, through collecting peer experiences and conducting field visits to cultural institutions, to joint analysis, developing concrete recommendations and testing them in practice. The core value of the project lies in connecting young people’s perspectives with the real capacities of institutions, through dialogue and agreed, feasible implementation steps, ensuring that inclusion moves from declarations into everyday practice and decision-making.
