The goal of the project is to enable students with fewer opportunities to have equal access to DiscoverEU mobility and to empower them through structured, supported and inclusive experiential learning for personal, social and educational development. From a youth work perspective, the project focuses on students who face economic, geographical, social and health barriers and who rarely have the opportunity to participate in international experiences. The project aims to develop participants' self-confidence, independence, communication and social skills, and intercultural competences through their active participation in planning, implementing, and reflecting on mobility. Special emphasis is placed on the inclusion of students with developmental disabilities and the provision of a supportive environment in which the individual needs of the participants are respected. The project also contributes to strengthening the sense of belonging to the European community and encourages young people to actively and responsibly participate in society
