We aim to improve educators’ facilitation, inclusion, and adaptive teaching skills, fostering more learner-centred approaches in all programmes. The project also seeks to enhance organisational learning and innovation, promote sustainable and digital practices, and strengthen our European perspective. Through these objectives, we aim to increase staff and learner engagement, empower participants, and ensure high-quality adult education aligned with Erasmus+ priorities.
We applied to strengthen the professional competences of our adult educators and enhance our organisation’s capacity to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and learner-centred programmes. The mobility will provide practical tools, innovative teaching methods, and European perspectives. These will support adults with fewer opportunities, promote sustainability, encourage digital skills, and increase engagement in active, meaningful learning experiences.
