Our aim is to develop the key competences of Roma and non-Roma adults, and to strengthen their autonomy and active participation in society. Through the mobility activities, we seek to enhance their communication, intercultural, digital, and foreign language skills, while also fostering cooperation and reducing prejudice within local communities.
The project builds on Bagázs’ community development work and its previous international experience. Through the joint learning processes of Roma and non-Roma adults, a need emerged for gaining international experience and expanding their knowledge of advocacy and self-representation. Erasmus+ provides an opportunity to involve adults with fewer opportunities and to support the development of their competences.
