Objectives

Through this mobility project, we aim to strengthen the quality and sustainability of our non-formal adult education work. Our objectives are to improve professional standards in sustainability-focused education, introduce more engaging approaches, strengthen inclusive practices, support digital development and increase staff confidence in international cooperation. Learning from European peers, our team will strengthen the quality of learning experiences and support well-being and motivation.

Background

Szatyor has long experience in non-formal adult education with a strong focus on sustainability. Working mainly with Hungarian trainers and staff has revealed new organisational needs. Our committed team often works under pressure, with risks of burnout, limited international access, and a need for updated methods. We applied for this project to support our staff in developing more sustainable ways of working, strengthening their professional competences, and connection to EU values.
