Our need: -pay more attention to students' conscious career planning, keeping them on track -developing professional curriculum -offering domestic and international career perspectives to our students It’s important to evaluate the positive and negative experiences gained during previous projects and to build on them during the next project activities: -we believe we are ready to reach more distant mobility destinations -we also think that we still have something to learn from our 2023 partners
Many of the students who graduate from our school do not continue their studies. They are not encouraged to learn the language either, since instead of the basic college education, they enter the labor market. The number of students who leave the profession is high, and their characteristics are: -weak attachment to the profession -either they don't finish their studies with us, or if they do, faced with the difficulties of career starters, they change professions in a large proportion.
