The aim of the project is to extend the experience currently gained mainly in a national practical environment to an international working context, thereby reducing participants’ labour market uncertainty. Mobility develops professional, language and transversal competences, and supports conscious career planning and personal growth. At institutional level, the project strengthens international cooperation and the integration of innovative good practices into education in a sustainable way.
Our students gain professional experience in a real international working environment and develop professional, language and personal competences essential for successful integration into the national and international labour market. They become familiar with different cultures, gain networking opportunities and support long-term cooperation.
