Objectives

The project pursues the main objectives: to improve learners’ professional English and mastery of modern techniques (IoT, additive/hybrid manufacturing, robotics) through CLIL‑based learning; to strengthen their work discipline and career awareness; to update teachers’ digital, Industry 4.0 and professional English competences; and to design three new curriculum units while establishing at least two sustainable European partnerships.

Background

Zipernowsky Károly Technical School is a leading regional VET provider with high rates of progression to higher education and employment. However, in a fast‑moving Industry 4.0 context, gaps in students’ professional English and exposure to cutting‑edge technologies, as well as teachers’ limited digital and language confidence, pose a growing risk. This project aims to address these gaps early and consolidate the school’s competitiveness at European level.
