We aim to improve the quality of our VET programs and strengthen our institution's international dimension. To this end, 4 teachers will participate in mobility to master digital and project-based methods. 26 students will gain real-world experience during three-week internships in Spain. Furthermore, we will establish 3-4 new international partnerships for future cooperation. The project enhances our teachers' competencies and our students' employability.
As a developing new school, we constantly evaluate our performance. Our self-evaluation indicates that our teachers need more international experience and that the use of digital tools in vocational education requires improvement. International professional practice is essential to boost our students' chances in the labor market. The project aims to improve the quality of our vocational programs, develop teacher competencies, and increase student employability.
