The project aims to develop the competences of 20 students and 8 teachers. Students will gain practical skills in network security and smart technologies through international mobility. Four teachers will attend international training courses and four will participate in job shadowing abroad, complemented by visits to dual training companies. At least three curriculum modules will be updated to ensure institutional and labour market relevance, with attention to disadvantaged students.
Our institution operates in the heart of the dynamic Debrecen industrial region, where corporate demands require constant professional renewal. We are applying to bridge the gap between curriculum theory and Industry 4.0 through student mobility and staff training (courses and job shadowing). We prioritize equal opportunities and international experience for disadvantaged, SEN/LDD students, and girls underrepresented in technical fields.
