The reAct project aims to increase young people's participation in democratic processes and youth work by providing opportunities to express their opinions and engage in community issues, fostering both individual and collective learning. A key goal is to raise awareness, develop skills, and introduce Erasmus+ and other European programs. The project initiates a process where young people actively shape youth work methodologies and activities, promoting dialogue and cooperation with decision-makers. As a result, a practical tool (recommendation) will be created to help youth workers adapt their work to the evolving needs of each generation.
