The project aims to involve highly vulnerable Roma youth through the power of volunteering and peer support. Our primary objective is to launch a sustainable youth base in Tarnazsadány, where young people become capable of leading their own community initiatives. Throughout the program, youth trainers and participants will jointly experience self-determination, breaking down the barriers to participation. Another goal is to initiate connections between young people from the six locations, which could develop into a peer network in the longer term. Our goal is for participants to become active shapers of local processes. We achieve this through a voluntary action responding to local needs, where dialogue between youth and decision-makers becomes a tangible experience. Our strategic objective is to strengthen self-esteem and create a reliable entry point to Erasmus+ and ESC programs, offering a long-term development path for those living in the most isolated communities.
