We aim to provide structured European work placements that enhance learners’ vocational, digital and transferable skills, while also strengthening staff capacity through job-shadowing. The project seeks to improve employability, embed sustainability and European values in training, modernise work placement systems, and build long-term European partnerships to support high-quality mobility into international workplace settings.
We applied for this project to strengthen the quality of vocational training for unemployed young adults, many of whom have fewer opportunities. Our learners need real international work experience to build confidence, digital competence and gain an understanding of employer expectations. Staff also require professional development to enhance work placement preparation, mentoring and evaluation systems in line with European best practice.
