By implementing this project, we aim to strengthen the mental well-being, resilience, and social inclusion of young people through quality youth work practices based on non-formal learning and outdoor education. We know our young people live very busy lives with pressures on them from all parts of society:commmunity , education , family , technology , employment.we believe that engaging young people in this exchange will broaden their experience, build their confidence and provide them with the opportunity to see the world beyond their communities and through the prism of depravation. The benefits for the young people in taking part in this project are multi-layered depending on their individual journey but the opportunity for their personal growth will be without doubt a positive influence on their future careers, providing them with more opportunities for education and employment. Firstly, the project aims to improve the well-being and mental health of young people by creating a safe, supportive, and youth-friendly learning environment. Through experiential and non-formal methods, young people will be encouraged to reflect on their emotions, stress management, self-confidence, and personal well-being. Youth workers will facilitate activities that promote self-awareness, peer support, and open dialogue around mental health. The project aims to strengthen young people’s mental health and well-being by using peer-led workshops as a core youth work method. Young people will be actively involved not only as learners but also as co-creators and facilitators, sharing knowledge, experiences, and coping strategies related to mental health in a safe and supportive environment. Secondly, the project aims to use outdoor education tools as an effective youth work method to support mental health. Outdoor activities such as team challenges, water based activities , and nature-based learning will be used to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen social bonds. These methods will allow young people to learn by doing, step outside their comfort zones, and reconnect with themselves and others. A key objective is to actively involve young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring inclusive participation and equal access to international mobility and learning. Youth work practices will be adapted to individual needs, providing additional support, mentoring, and inclusive group dynamics to ensure that all young people feel valued, safe, and empowered.Being an active citzen of Europe involves participation in society but it also involves knowing your rights , having the correct information and being able to connteract the spread of false information being spread .
