As youth workers we want to provide the opportunity to young people with few opportunities the chance to take part in this exchange. The importance of this project is to promote inclusivity to those from poverty, ethnic minorities and disadvantage areas. We want to specifically design activities that ensure participants with fewer opportunities feel a sense of belonging and inclusion. Participants will get the opportunity to meet young people from similar backgrounds. The purpose of this exchange is to create opportunities for youth and support their competence development through interactive activities and outdoor learning. It will promote active participation of young people and give them a sense of belonging.
