The main aim of the project is to empower young people to become active, responsible, and engaged citizens while developing key competences that will support their personal, social, and professional growth. From a youth work perspective, the project seeks to create a participatory and inclusive environment where young people take the lead in planning, implementing, and reflecting on activities, fostering ownership and self-confidence. The specific objectives of the project are: Strengthen personal and social competences – by encouraging self-reflection, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and resilience. Promote active citizenship – by enabling participants to critically explore local and international challenges, take initiative, and develop ideas for positive change in their communities. Develop intercultural awareness and understanding – through dialogue, collaboration, and shared experiences with peers from different cultural backgrounds. Enhance entrepreneurial and project management skills – by engaging young people in designing, leading, and evaluating workshops and activities. Support inclusion and address diverse needs – by providing tailored support to participants with fewer opportunities and creating accessible, youth-driven learning environments. Foster continued engagement in youth work and Erasmus+ opportunities – by motivating participants to apply their learning in future projects, peer initiatives, and community activities. Overall, the project aims to provide a structured, non-formal learning experience that combines reflection, practical action, and intercultural exchange, ensuring that participants gain meaningful competences and the confidence to act as changemakers in their own communities.
