There are 2 legs of the exchange, one in Italy and one in Ireland. The work around Decider Skills will be on the Irish leg with other creative and peer led activities on the first leg of the project in Italy as set out below: The exchange in Italy will be based on non-formal, creative and peer-led learning methods, with activities done mainly outdoors. These approaches are particularly suitable for participants aged 16–17, who benefit most from active, experiential and relational learning. The activities will include creative workshops such as visual storytelling, collage-making and short video creation, allowing participants to explore emotions in a safe environment. These methods support young people who may find verbal expression challenging and encourage creativity and self-confidence. Peer-to-peer reflection groups will be organised in small groups mixing the participants of the three countries, supported by group leaders. Participants will discuss everyday situations relevant to their age, such as peer pressure, school stress and social relationships, while rotating simple roles to promote responsibility, cooperation and youth leadership. All these activities will be done outdoors in nature, in an interactive way. The programme will also include role-play and scenario-based activities focused on real-life situations faced by young people aged 15–17. During the day there will be many energisers and team building games, promoted by the group leaders and participants, sharing games of each country. Outdoor and experiential activities, such as cooperative games and reflective walks, will be used to strengthen group cohesion, emotional awareness and interpersonal skills.
