We want young people in Ballyfermot to feel heard and to see that their voice can shape their community. Over two years, young people will lead the planning and delivery of four events that bring different groups together and celebrate what makes us different (gender, sexuality, race, culture, ability and background). Our objectives are to: - create safe spaces where young people can meet, talk and take part - build skills in leadership, teamwork and speaking up - challenge discrimination by sharing a clear message of respect, equality and tolerance.
