The participants objectives are to develop intercultural awareness, social and personal skills, creativity, and European identity. Participants will actively contribute to activities, reflect on experiences, and gain confidence in teamwork, problem-solving, and cultural learning. The objectives of the organisation are to allign Erasmus+ projects into the everyday work of Youth Work Ireland Meath. Aligning the Erasmus+ programme with our work and strategic goals will help make Youth Work Ireland Meath more sustainable into the futire, grow our membership and create lasting partners locally, nationally and internationally.
