From the youth workers’ perspective, this experience provides exactly what young people need to transition from being a young person into adulthood. We want to offer young people this opportunity so that they can: Build new skills and competences Reignite their desire to travel beyond their own country and meet new peers Be inspired to engage with the many opportunities available through Erasmus+ Develop confidence in travelling independently Strengthen their positive mental health and wellbeing Cultivate self-trust and resilience Additionally, we will introduce participants to concepts such as comfort zones and the Kolb Experiential Learning Cycle. This will give them a structured framework to reflect on their experiences, learn from challenges, and transform small mistakes into meaningful personal growth.
