Objectives

We aim to support the development of teaching staff competencies in pedagogy, movement practices, interdisciplinary methods, and inclusive learning; develop non-teaching staff skills in sustainable organising, building accessible educational offer, and project management; support adult learners’ personal, social, and cultural competences; and broaden our international network for knowledge exchange and sustainable partnerships.

Background

We applied for this project to strengthen the organisation's staff skills, expand learners’ experiences, widen our educational offer, and build on the success of past Erasmus+ mobilities. Previous projects empowered both staff and learners, inspiring new teaching methods and stronger community engagement. New learners are eager to participate in mobilities, while staff mobilities allow us to further develop inclusive, interdisciplinary, and sustainable learning through international exchange.
