We aim to strengthen three areas: (1) inclusive adult learning through UDL-inspired design, accessible materials and learner-support routines; (2) practical digital skills via hands-on blended micro-modules, including digital citizenship and media literacy for safe participation; (3) quality assurance and recognition through privacy-by-design SOPs and portfolio evidence validated with Europass Mobility (or equivalent). Outputs will be modular and reusable for adult NGOs in peripheral EU regions.
We apply because adult education in Southern Italy faces rising inclusion needs and a persistent digital divide. Many adults have fewer opportunities, mixed needs and low confidence, while distance and transport costs limit participation. Erasmus+ staff mobilities will strengthen inclusive and blended methods, using cultural-heritage tasks to boost engagement, belonging and civic participation, and to transfer proven EU practices to our local context. Outputs will be reusable for NGOs in the EU.
