The project aims to empower adult learners to design sustainable life and career projects by developing wellbeing self-management, applied financial literacy and the responsible use of AI for planning and learning. It seeks to strengthen learning autonomy, reduce reactive decision-making and support long-term professional sustainability, particularly for adults with irregular income, care responsibilities and limited access to continuous education.
YOU MEDIA applied for this project to respond to emerging needs among young adults in Southern Italy facing economic instability, high stress levels and fragmented learning paths. Many adult learners struggle to manage wellbeing, finances and professional decisions while combining work, care responsibilities and continuous learning. Short-term learning mobilities are used as a strategic tool to address these challenges through structured, applied and learner-centred European learning experiences
