The project has the following objectives: 1) To promote the cultural learning of adults in an international context in order to increase motivation, inclusion and participation, while enhancing the community role of the Polisportiva. 2) To strengthen staff competences in order to offer innovative and inclusive educational pathways, capable of engaging more adults and expanding the cultural, sport and social activities of the Polisportiva.
M&C was created to strengthen competences in adult education, offer immersive and inclusive experiences in another European culture and respond to the training needs of the local community. The mobility experience enables adults to enrich their cultural knowledge and allows the Polisportiva Pro Loco Civita to improve organizational practices, expand the services offered and promote participation, inclusion and community cohesion.
