By implementing this project, ALMA aims to strengthen the professional competences of its staff in adult education through European mobility. The project seeks to improve linguistic skills, inclusive and innovative educational methodologies, and the effective use of digital tools. It also aims to expand international cooperation, integrate European best practices into regular activities, and enhance the overall quality and international dimension of ALMA’s educational offer.
ALMA decided to apply for this project to strengthen the competences of its staff in adult education and to support a structured process of internationalisation. Operating in a peripheral territorial context, the organisation recognises the need to engage with innovative European practices, improve linguistic and methodological skills, and expand its network of partnerships.
