Objectives

The project aims to strengthen the skills of guidance practitioners, educators and staff in career guidance and coaching, integrate innovative digital tools for adult guidance, and develop Positive Thinking approaches to support the green transition. It also seeks to pilot integrated European models of guidance services, with a focus on gender equality, improving service effectiveness and adults’ self-efficacy during personal and professional transition phases.

Background

ASNOR identifies significant gaps in the guidance system: career guidance models that are still fragmented and insufficiently learner-centred, limited use of digital tools and AI, low levels of Adult Digital Literacy, and a lack of training on green skills. These issues contribute to low self-efficacy and resistance to reskilling among adults. ASNOR is applying in order to update its practices through direct comparison with more integrated, innovative European models aligned with EU standards.
