The project aims to strengthen the methodological and organizational skills of staff in inclusive adult education, establish stable European cooperation with partners in the Maritainian network, and systematically integrate the results of mobility into regular programming. The goal is to improve the quality, inclusion, and European dimension of the training offering, making it more accessible, participatory, and sustainable in the long term.
The project responds to the need to strengthen the quality of adult education promoted by the Institute, updating inclusive methodologies, developing staff pedagogical and digital skills, and consolidating stable European cooperation within the Maritainian network. The goal is to permanently integrate the European dimension into the regular programming, improving the accessibility and impact of training programs aimed at adults with fewer opportunities.
