Objectives

We aim to improve the quality and sustainability of our adult education programmes by strengthening our staff’s capacity in learner-centred and inclusive methodologies, enhancing our digital facilitation skills, and redesigning our learning formats. Through our project, we aim to reduce early drop-out by at least 15% and embed structured, follow-up-based approaches into our regular programmes, with clear learning outcomes and progression pathways.

Background

We applied for this project because we need to strengthen our organisational capacity in adult education for learners with fewer opportunities in a rural and isolated context. Our internal data show high early drop-out and limited learning continuity due to gaps in inclusive methodologies and digital facilitation. Erasmus+ mobility will enable us to address these gaps through targeted staff learning.
