The project aims to strengthen staff competences in facilitating non-formal adult learning pathways, systematically integrate digital tools, storytelling and ethical AI into educational activities, and consolidate a sustainable organisational quality model. The objective is to transform NAQAH ETS’s educational offer, making it more inclusive, structured and aligned with the needs of adults in rural contexts, while reinforcing pedagogical quality, digital innovation and territorial impact.
Naqah ETS applied for this project to strengthen its capacity in adult education in a rural Sicilian context marked by depopulation and low digital competences. Internal needs analysis revealed the absence of a structured pedagogical framework and limited integration of digital tools in learning pathways. The project responds to these challenges through European mobility as a strategy for organisational transformation and quality improvement.
