Objectives

We aim to enhance participants’ mental wellbeing by teaching therapeutic vocal techniques to our trainers and to transform our concerts into a zero-waste, low-carbon format through a “Green Stage” policy. At the same time, we aim to maximise both our learners’ individual rehearsal efficiency and our organisation’s operational speed by using AI-supported music tools and cloud-based automation/database (CRM) systems.

Background

Our inability to respond to adult choir members’ stress management needs with our existing musical techniques, the contradiction between paper/energy waste in our events and sustainability principles, and our lack of digital/AI tools in membership management and music production have been challenging our organisation. We applied to learn European good practices and make an innovative leap in mental wellbeing, ecological responsibility, and digital efficiency.
