The project aims to improve the quality of adult education through targeted training and mobility actions. In particular, it aims to: - strengthen staff methodological, language and digital competences through 2 European training courses - improve the design and management of non-formal learning pathways - increase participation, motivation and European openness of adults with fewer opportunities through group learner mobility
The project was developed to strengthen structured work in adult education, especially with adults with fewer opportunities and low participation in learning. Educational experience highlighted limits in methodological, digital and intercultural competences and the lack of stable European exchange. Learning mobility is seen as a key tool to improve quality, inclusion and long-term sustainability of educational activities.
