With Skill Up for Europe, we aim to strengthen the linguistic and digital competences of our staff, provide learners with experiential learning on EU governance, European citizenship and the sense of European identity, make internationalisation more accessible to adults with fewer opportunities, and consolidate European partnerships in the field.
We decided to apply in order to structurally strengthen the European dimension of our adult education activities. We work with young adults and NEETs who often lack access to international experiences and direct contact with European institutions. Our aim is to offer more comprehensive and inclusive learning pathways, enhance staff competences, and make internationalisation truly accessible.
