Two objectives. First: enable our staff to use performing arts as a tool for social inclusion and to work in European multilingual contexts, starting from language. Second: build the capacity to design and submit Erasmus+ applications independently. Four courses in three countries and a learner mobility in Portugal will involve 12 staff members and 10 adult learners.
We are a cultural association in a village of 2,000 people in inland Campania. For forty years we have organised theatre, music, literary evenings and the Vigliotti Prize. But three things hold us back: our staff do not speak English, which keeps us isolated; we stage performances without knowing how to use arts for social inclusion; we have never written a European project. We cannot fill these gaps by staying in San Lorenzello.
