Project objectives: 1- Strengthen inclusive adult education methodologies, especially creative and participatory approaches for vulnerable adults 2- Improve English language competences of staff to support migrant inclusion and European cooperation 3- Develop inclusive digital communication skills for community engagement and awareness raising 4- Ensure long-term organisational impact by integrating new competences into everyday practice
We applied for this project because we work every day with vulnerable adults who face real barriers to participation, communication and inclusion. We see the need to improve our methodologies, strengthen intercultural competences and communicate more effectively in a changing, multicultural society. Erasmus+ offers us the opportunity to learn from European partners, upgrade our skills and bring concrete innovation into our daily services to better respond to our community needs.
