Objectives

Our aim is to enhance adults' soft, digital and language skills, encouraging the critical and conscious use of digital technology and active participation in social life. Our aim is to enhance the methodological, linguistic and digital skills of our staff to innovate teaching methods, improve inclusion and enable schools to respond more effectively to the needs of adult learners. We also aim to improve the digital and language skills of administrative staff to enhance administrative management.

Background

We submitted an application to equip adult learners with the skills needed to face a changing world, as well as to meet the professional training needs of staff working in fragile contexts by strengthening their digital, linguistic and methodological skills. Erasmus+ offers a strategic opportunity to provide valuable experiences, encourage inclusion and innovation, and foster personal and professional development, while reinforcing the role of schools as educational institutions.
