Objectives

To strengthen pedagogical capacity to design structured adult learning pathways integrating agentic AI for relational support; to modernise organisational systems through unified digital monitoring and inclusive retention mechanisms; and to embed these innovations into a 3-year institutional roadmap enhancing strategic autonomy, inclusion and quality in adult education, ensuring measurable retention improvement, ethical AI use and sustainable organisational transformation.

Background

We applied for this project because our organisation works with 320 adult learners annually, 40% economically vulnerable and 25% with migrant backgrounds, who face fragmented learning pathways and high disengagement risks. Our current mentoring and monitoring systems are insufficiently structured to provide scalable relational support. We need to modernise our pedagogical and organisational capacity to strengthen inclusion, retention and long-term institutional resilience, with AI social actions
