The objective is threefold: to reduce stress and burnout among adult educators through emotional regulation techniques; to improve the climate in learning groups affected by vulnerability and demotivation; and to decrease drop-out in pathways targeting people with fewer opportunities. We aim to transform our cooperative into a centre of educational well-being by sustainably integrating these practices into adult education programmes.
The application stems from the cooperative’s need to address burnout among adult educators and trainers working in socially vulnerable contexts. Through mobility, we will acquire European competences in mindfulness and emotional regulation by engaging with European good practices. The objective is to integrate these approaches into adult education pathways in order to improve the relational climate, reduce drop-out and promote an inclusive and resilient educational model.
