Objectives

REFLECT aims to strengthen staff competences in designing and delivering personalised non formal learning and reintegration pathways for adults facing severe social exclusion. Through job shadowing and experts contributions, FUP staff will analyze practices, reinforce its reflective capacity and relational and network based approaches, thus enhancing FUP’s capacity to provide a coherent, evidence-based and inclusive support to adults with fewer opportunities.

Background

FUP staff works with adults facing multi-layered social exclusion, requiring personalised non‑formal learning pathways and strong multi‑agency coordination. Staff brings diverse expertise and backgrounds, which require shared reference frameworks and a common approach. REFLECT enables hands-on exposure to EU wide professional contexts and on-site observation of successful practices that strengthen reflective and relational capacities, thus improving the quality and variety of adult education.
