Reception and integration of refugees and migrantsBridging intercultural, intergenerational and social divide

Objectives

The project aims to develop advanced staff competences in multicultural community work and in creating community cooking hubs as informal learning spaces. At the same time, it seeks to strengthen the self-confidence, skills and active role of women with a migrant background, involving them as facilitators and community animators.

Background

Eureka is going through a transition towards a more community-based model. We work in multicultural and socially fragile contexts, and we need to strengthen staff competences in community work and start empowerment pathways for women with a migrant background, so they can become active protagonists and future community leaders.
