The first objective concerns the professional development of teachers. The three teachers involved will acquire concrete methodologies for personalising learning pathways designed for adult learners, with particular reference to the development of Individual Learning Plans, the differentiation of materials for mixed-level classes, and the use of adaptive digital tools. The second objective concerns the recognition and validation of adult learners' prior competences.
