The project aims to consolidate a more innovative and inclusive adult education model, strengthening World Net's European dimension. Through training mobility, job shadowing, and mix-ability mobility, the organization aims to offer international learning opportunities and integrate new artistic methodologies, inclusive practices, and digital tools into its activities, making learning more accessible, participatory, and transferable at the local level.
This project stems from the need to strengthen and update organizational, pedagogical, and inclusive skills, in response to the challenges that have emerged from working with adults with and without disabilities in rural settings. The organization's educational experience, including that of the INCART festival, has highlighted the need for innovation, European dialogue, and the acquisition of best practices to ensure the quality, sustainability, and impact of educational activities.
