Strengthen the competences of staff involved in adult education in the areas of housing support and housing vulnerability. Enhance the capacity of adult education staff to respond to emerging psychosocial challenges among adults through recreational, community-based approaches. Expand and diversify the adult education offer by professionalising educators and building a European network of cooperation.
Bridges to Autonomy addresses key challenges in adult education: housing insecurity, social isolation, demotivation, and the complex impact of digital tools on vulnerable adults and education. Through job shadowing and training, staff will explore European innovative practices in housing autonomy, community-based approaches, and digital well-being. The project strengthens professional capacity and promotes sustainable, autonomy-oriented adult education beyond emergency responses.
