Objectives

Our goal is to build a structured green education framework, enhance staff competences through expert training and job-shadowing, and integrate practical sustainability methods into our adult learning programmes. We aim to improve teaching quality, increase learner engagement and develop tools that support long-term organisational growth.

Background

We applied for this project to strengthen our capacity in sustainability education. An internal needs analysis conducted in September 2025 with 10 educators showed that 7 out of 10 staff members feel insufficiently prepared to design structured sustainability learning paths aligned with EU Green Deal priorities, particularly on circular economy and community-based environmental action.
