We aim to institutionalise inclusive adult learning practices, strengthen digital and blended approaches for community participation, and establish a measurable quality assurance system. Through staff training in Türkiye and job shadowing in Romania, we will transfer proven municipal practices and develop a structured adult education and citizen engagement programme for Gerace.
We applied to strengthen the Municipality of Gerace’s capacity to deliver inclusive adult education supporting our local development priorities on cultural heritage protection and sustainable tourism. We need more structured learner-centred methods, digital tools for citizen engagement and measurable quality assurance to involve citizens and local stakeholders more effectively.
